A sea of ideas ✍️
When I joined the Blaugust challenge I wanted to push myself. I wanted to commit to something I knew had benefits. Articles about the positive effect are numerous. Having neglected my blog and myself, I knew this was the right thing.
But after my first entry, I started doubting. Was this a good decision? I never wrote this much. And for sure not every day. What will I write about? Do I need an idea sheet?
However, soon after posting my commitment blogpost, these thoughts began to fade.
Ideas started popping into my head. A yes, that's something I can write about. And that.
I have more than enough to fill the coming week.
So weird. Just a few days ago, I struggled with topics to write about.
They have always been in front of me. I just didn't see them.
And now. It felt like a mind shift. It's like after joining this challenge, my brain went into focus mode and started to see everything.
What I'm wondering now.
Is it because I joined the challenge and the pressure to find topics that my brain started searching? Or was it the writing of my initial article that enabled a creative mode in my brain to write more? Or is this the honeymoon of starting something new and everything still appears easy?
Maybe it's all about believing and expanding beyond my limiting believes.
Anyhow, I'm happy for the ideas that came to mind.
Now I only need to find the time to write them...
Thanks for taking the time to read this!
